Abstract

REYNOSO-RABAGO, ALFONSO  and  REYNOSO-GALLEGOS, JESSICA. Factors of the entrepreneurial success of a Mexican woman of peasant origin with little basic schooling. AD-minister [online]. 2018, n.32, pp.107-136. ISSN 1692-0279.  https://doi.org/10.17230/ad-minister.32.5.

This article seeks to clarify the factors that allowed a Mexican woman of peasant origin, with incomplete studies of primary education, to become a successful entrepreneur. The main theme of the article is about the non-university education of this entrepreneur woman, the difficulties she experienced in becoming an entrepreneur and the factors that contributed to achieving her goal. The present study follows the life story method, little applied to research in administration sciences. In this procedural decision lies the innovative character and the heuristic force of the approach followed.
