Abstract

VASQUEZ LOPERA, Claudia  and  ARANGO VASQUEZ, Sandra. Interaction and Participation Strategies around Learning Virtual Environments. anagramas rumbos sentidos comun. [online]. 2012, vol.10, n.20, pp.95-108. ISSN 1692-2522.

This article is the result of the research ''Communicative Interactions in a Learning Virtual Environment,'' conducted by the E-Virtual research group. The purpose of this research is to answer how communicate interactions and students' participation are being generated around a virtual environment. The research was developed through a comprehensive methodology, with an ethno-methodological approach, from dialogs and discussions in fora, chats, and messages, tools from which it has been understood that some participation and interaction used by students are related to the schedule, the order in which the activities have been sent, the request for advice, the use of tags, co-evaluation, and silences in the environment. Although findings are related to students who participated in the research, it is possible that they become characteristics common to other groups linked to learning virtual environments.

Keywords : Participation; communicative interaction; virtual environment.
