In a moment where there is a debate on a reform for the Administration of justice and where we are witnessing what has been inevitable in other countries that have a model of constitutional control (trains collision), it becomes pertinent to formulate a proposal (at least to try to) that would solve the problem referring to the limits of constitutional control. According to the transformations of the juridical theory during the second half of the 20th century, any alternative in this sense should incorporate substantial and methodological aspects that are represented in a theory of juridical principles and of juridical argumentation, respectively.
