Abstract

Identifying the different variables of reality within the dynamics of violence in our country has been strengthened through the acknowledgment of various literary and academic works on this issue. The case of Comuna 13 here in the city of Medellin is the axis in which the state-of-the-art study is based upon three main categories to approach the problematic: justice administration, public and private justice, and war and justice.
