First, the essay gives a description of constitutionality control evolution and the way how it was considered in the country. Then, it makes a qualitative analysis of effects and problems arisen after implementing a constitutional court strongly influenced by Europe, thus showing the change since 1992 concerning conception of law and highlighting legitimacy of a constitutional judge's functions.
