In this document we will take care of the damage in Colombia. With this expression we talked about two institutes: injury, damage or destruction of a patrimonial right -patrimonial damage- and injury or destruction of a extrapatrimonial right - extrapatrimonial damage-. These two varieties of damage can be indemnity object. Nevertheless, this recognized indemnification will persecute different objectives: repair of the patrimonial damage and compensation of the extrapatrimonial damage.
