This article shows an ideology imposed by Spaniards in the 'New World' that emerge from the colonial thinking prevalent in Spain and Latin America during the twentieth century that attempted to legitimate the Conquest and Christianization. This legitimization occurred with the invention of the so-called 'Indian law' as scholar discipline. Indian Law was designed as an instrument to praise the virtues of the Hispanic legacy, while it`s main point was the conversion of Aboriginal peoples. It is precisely at this point where we find a constant line from colonial times until today: the means of subjugation derived from the German political science doctrine are kept in our country and are indiscriminately applied by the Catholic Church, the Spanish Crown and the Colombian state
