Impact Litigation as an alternative strategy to teach and practice Law, consists in the process of selecting, analyzing and developing some cases that allows an important effect in the policies, the law and the society. With Impact Litigation some social problems are selected, discussed and organized in legal, political and communicative problems in order to reach complete solutions to those problems and the social change.
