The purpose of the article is the analyze the role of Justice, the judge on the economic issues and international business before TLC’s. topics that deserve a study deep by the need to have legal systems that provide the ideal structure to respond to those fields. The credibility of these issues concerning justice stops not is questioned. However, there is the possibility that the existence in international business and economic judge’s property can generally improve conditions companies face legal situations. This option could generate taking into account the economic analysis of law and the legal structure of the jurisdiction. Here it is important to seek mechanisms to improve the effective action of Justice in the economic issues and international business arranged in the TLC.
