This article shows the results of an institutional research called: "Social and Juridical Consequences Resulting from the Employer's Failure to Make Contributions to the General Social Security System," developed after a specific period which brings the need to determine legal and jurisprudential mechanisms and their efficiency and effectiveness based on contents of current national juridical ordering and its real application.
