The reflection goes to the ungovernability in propose Colombia from the ambiguity and legal dissosciation of the categories space and territory like fundamental and predominant components of the State, from which the Colombian public authorities do not scrimp the importance and reaches of the these categories in the formal sources of the internal legal ordering, the dimensions of its development, and the necessity of its inclusion in the address of the national policy like factor of stability, well-being and progress.
