RAMIREZ TORRADO, María Lourdes  e  HERNANDEZ MEZA, Nelson. Ignorance of the Constitutional Doctrine before the Legality Principle Operating in the Disciplinary Law. Opin. jurid. [online]. 2011, vol.10, n.20, pp.35-46. ISSN 1692-2530.

The value the Constitutional doctrine is invested with within the system of sources in the Colombian law is unquestionable. However, the sole fact of considering its ignorance as a disciplinary fault makes it necessary to analyze this position in the light of the legality principle in force with respect to an administrative penalization system. The objective of this research is to determine legality or illegality of the disciplinary penalty imposed for ignoring the Constitutional doctrine with the purpose of giving a possible answer to the juridical reality we are imposed with.

Palavras-chave : Legality; administrative penalty; disciplinary law.
