Within the prerogatives o public administration to comply with its objectives, there is the penalizing power, which is developed and materialized through administrative penalizing procedures, from which (97) ninety-seven were found after the legislation was revised between 1991 and 2001. In this first stage of research carried out in the year 2012, such inventory is related and the most relevant pronouncements of the Constitutional Court in relation top administrative penalizing facts are mentioned.
