The author specifically highlights some elements of the internatio nal law adopted by the Mexican Criminal Procedural Code. The ar ticle shows the topic relating to international judicial competence, the legal system governing issues of international juridical traffic king, and international cooperation in the new National Criminal Procedural Code, including the recognition of foreign decisions, extradition, and consular assistance.
