Abstract

This piece of writing pretends the description of a matter that emerged in Argentina because of the COVID-19 emergency that, at the same time, happens within another sanitary, political and economical emergency. In this scenario, the biological threat to life by a virus has altered the functioning of social, le gal and political institutions. The main objective is analyzing the construction conditions of the emergency institutions and their possible normative meaning upon the society that should attack them. For that, a series of facts were selected, which display the sociological conditions of the realm of its application. Regarding the methodology, this work arises from a qualitative and descriptive perspective that highlights the intersectionality of the legal phenomena with other dimensions of social life.
