This proposal is based on a matrix analysis tool combined with GIS, which allowed us to evaluate different sites from its environmental, social, economic, and physical feasibility, and deliver to both local governments and to the Corporation, a methodological strategy, which incorporating what has been stated in Decree 838, allows making appropriate territorial decisions.
