To approach the dynamics generated by organic production in the country side, it`s necessary to have accounting some conceptual tools wich let us to interpretate in found way social, economic and environmental matters into the context of the new conception of rural both Colombia and Latin America. Although many important and urgent imbalances in order to be solved are showed in rural side (tired ground, fauna and flora being extinguished, erosion, rivers and streams pollution, and others), at the same time it dispose too physical capital, natural capital, cultural capital, human capital, social capital and institutional capital, to generate viables solutions by means of suppor table development focus and in this way to participate in transformation process. Producers (man and woman) and their production systems, have changed during consolidation process of organic production; that changes are making new dynamics into conceptions of rural. This process and their particularities reflect a new conception of rural so we can`t to be extraneous in front of it. In this sense, this document is a conceptual approximation to analyze dynamics generated by organic production as transformer of the conceptions of rural into population and rural side.
