In this article, the diffusion of technological innovations of three innovative products from the chemical and agribusiness Colombian company through non lineal regressions are analyzed. In doing this, the starting point was a model of logistic growing as a tool of measurement and series which describe the behavior of the product in time. The parameters of performance implemented were: sales in money and quantity of production of the chemical product, and sales in units of the agribusiness products. After doing the regressions, a statistical analysis was done. With this work, it was proved that the diffusion of the technological innovations and the life cycles of products have a similar behavior compared to the growing of the population, forming a curve in S, which agree with the theoretical proposals. Additionally the inflexión points of each curve were obtained. The inflexión points could be used as a tool for the strategic decisions making when determining the key moments to launch technological innovations, when making investments and also when executing business and marketing strategies.
