At the University Wetland, located to the north-east of the town of Popayan 0.3 to 2 ° 28'17'' North and 76° 33 '00'' West, were made a biological and socioeconomic characterization to determine the baseline of the ecosystem and generate guidelines for the management, protection and ecological restoration.
