Suero Costeño is handmade in fermented dairy product Colombian Atlantic Coast. To meet the health standards, the fermenter was constructed by a tank designed and manufactured in 304 stainless steel, with a net volume of 30 L. Should ensure a temperature below 35°C in the fermentation of milk, implementing a cooling system using a shirt or jacket. The temperature is measured with a temperature sensor, type PT-100, with the microcontroller system is programmed its set point, valve also has to separate the serum spigot, and measuring the pH of the serum variable is performed with a pH meter, which measures consistently. The amount of raw material is measured by a level sensor and displayed continuously on the LCD control panel.
