Abstract

This article from reflection, from Theory Critical-Social, is the result of the investigation, "De-constructing theoretical paradigm Bio-political, through collective subjects in the context of globalization", advanced in doctoral study in Social Sciences references management at the University of Zulia, Venezuela. This article reflects on the context of globalization, from the perspectives of the University as an institution Researcher, Educator and Administrator of the public, and had the support of the Social Communication and Journalism at the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, on the line research Region, Development and Communication. The analysis is interdisciplinary and glimpses interesting discussions within the framework of national and international discussion between two visions of their research University. The qualitative results of this study enrich the debate against new and innovative ways to live and learn in the world, accompanied by technological tools, communication and ideologies built from new referents.
