Under the study of social representations of the reintegration process private ex of freedom, in this working paper a qualitative analysis of the social representations about the prison situation in Venezuela emerge from the animated series "jail or hell" is performed , comics through which a private ex of freedom, using the digital platform narrates his life experience intramural, describing violence and subculture in the prison system. As a conclusion there is emphasized that under current conditions in which elapses imprisonment, either preventive well as a penalty, prison remains an area often prevails deteriorated in a particular way of life, where violence is an immediate consequence that reinforces and intensifies to that socially diminished individual who has entered the prison walls.
