This article develops the thesis that the forced recruitment suffering children, girls and adolescents (NNA) in their decisions as human and persons, perpetrators, because they also commit unlawful acts, act apart from law, reason by which is imposed upon them by international norms to be judged and persecuted as actors in the armed conflict. The test was developed using a qualitative methodology and theoretical verification, as well as the selection, debugging and analysis of different texts, essays and research related to the topic and to realize on the forced recruitment of children/Adolescents in different groups raised in arms and their subsequent socio-political implications.
