Abstract

The players of the sub-17 soccer team of the UAC (Universidad Autónoma Del Caribe), were assessed, observing physical and emotional health. The Research was a Quantitative type, with a descriptive approach, where we scrutinized that the most of the players have an optimal physical condition, although the minority presented flulike symptoms, headaches, skin rashes, muscle pain, among others affecting sports performance. In relation to the emotional Health, most of the athletes admit having an appropriate emotional state, whereas the minority of the athletes revealed the fact of having frustration, anger and anxiety. Causing all of this, progressive deterioration of multidirectional communication process of the brain to the autonomic nervous system, endocrine system and immune system.
