According to the census conducted by the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE), 2,632,255 people have at least one physical or cognitive limitation from 41,242,948 people that were surveyed during 2005 in Colombia. Having these statistics as a base, the current policies proposed by the government, which aim to improve the conditions of people with disabilities, and with the purpose of strengthening tools that contribute to remove barriers to accessibility at the workplace, a validation of the FAP (Focus, Appreciate, Propose) based in design orientation like integrative area of knowledge to problem resolution next to participative ergonomics, applied in a scenario of supply chain distribution and marketing. The results of this study will be shared publicly to adjust the methodology accordingly, with the intention of promoting the labour inclusion of people with physical disabilities within the productive processes of the Boyacá region, endorsing the design as a profession that integrates projects that in this case is a human factor orientated.
