Abstract
ERAZO CAICEDO, Edgar Diego. From historical construction of the juvenile condition to its contemporary transformation. Rev.latinoam.cienc.soc.niñez juv [online]. 2009, vol.7, n.2, suppl.1, pp.1303-1329. ISSN 1692-715X.
The contemporary youth subjectivation processes have been accelerated and transformed very rapidly as a result from their daily interaction with technological mediations, mainly with ICT's and the new media. To have a better understanding of such transformations, the meaning given to the general concept of youth, to the particular juvenile subjectivation processes from a philosophical, historical and sociological perspective will be approached from the very beginning. Later on, and on the basis of the research that supports this article, some more significant transformations experimented by this particular issue of the human being, from the permanent interactions with these new ways of communication, will be presented.
Keywords : youth; juvenile subjectivation processes; technological mediations; Information and Communication Technologies.
