In this paper, we aim to explore some Lévinas´s reflections about Face in order to propose some ways of including them into contemporary Latin American social debates. The exploration is conducted in two core axis; first, we shed lights about Lévinas´s debate about face in relation to representational thought. Second, we do an analysis about face concept in relation to the Infinity notion. At the end, we come down to some considerations around what possibilities this proposal brings for our day-byday social practices.
