Abstract

This research is structured around the relation between the role of International Cooperation and the link with civil society organizations (OSCs) to answer the problem of Mexican youth on training and socio-professional insertion. We raise issues linked to the main subject i.e., the creation of civil society projects tied to training and socio-professional insertion for youth in Mexico, and the international cooperation agencies proposals; we also analyze the procedures of strategic links between the different players that participate in this organized process to promote training and socio-professional insertion of youth in Mexico.
