The design used is non experimental through the Method of Surveys, and more concretely thetransverse one by means of questionnaires. The main findings were: I. Architectural configuration, nature of the center, the surroundings and the budget: the nature of the center does not have much influence; it takes place in the urban areas of the cities. There is very little relation with other educational institutions in the area; therefore, they are very independent, in addition relying on few projects of educational innovation, having other expense priorities. II. Organizational aspects: there is a fluid relation with companies, having a marked leadership (the managing board). The school atmosphere in the centers is very good and the interpersonal relations among the faculty areexcellent.
