A sample of 18,363 students was selected for the study. There were significant associations between all of the physical condition variables and levels of academic performance in mathematics, with the variable associated with the abdominal muscle strength test, which demonstrated the highest scores of all the tests. The results demonstrate the benefits of physical activity in achieving strong academic performance and highlight the need to develop a new concept of physical activity, valuing its importance in learning and academic achievement.
