In this research paper it is proposed a structure supported on the SCOR model for processes run by a logistics operator in international transactions in Cartagena - Colombia. It aims to analyze the supply chain of housekeeping and maintenance of containers international circulation ISO tank type as a key activity in international trade bulk liquids and gases using the reference model for supply chain (SCOR Model) in order to design the structure of the logistics management of the service. Regional structure and propose different levels and associated components with diagrams, process maps and geographical maps, identifying the most important attributes and indicators that should be providing this service. Finally, we define the logistics structure that allows strategic positioning for companies involved in the cleaning of containers and highlights the effectiveness of the model used for the analysis and improvement of logistics processes of international organizations.
