Abstract

The article summarizes the results of the research degrees of cooperation and integration in managing the supply chain for shoes SMEs in El Restrepo in Bogotá. The objective is focused on studying the intensity of integration and production / business cooperation associated with the manufacture and marketing of footwear. The document is broken down into the problematization; followed by the issues of coordination between method / methodology; analysis of the results and conclusions. A quantitative / qualitative method was assumed from addressing SMEs from rational economic levels, socio-psycho-cultural and systemic-complex. For this, a theoretical approach was adopted from the proposed social systems theory and business supply chain management and supply chain. The existence of a weak chain integration in the agglomeration was determined as a result of work, leading to low levels of competitiveness to meet the market changes in a context of economic globalization.
