Abstract

This paper aims to highlight the importance of applying the lever in the SME growth-inducing PDC®, since it determines the attractiveness of the business growth from the point of view of value added. For the analysis was randomly selected an SME. The results show a negative PDC, compared with other similar companies with the same results; the characteristic of these SMEs is a high debt, low profitability and an effective slow cycle. In order to verify the relationship proceeded to extend the analysis to companies in the beverage industry, one of the most dynamic, calculations show a positive PDC, we conclude that the inductor PDC is a key indicator management support, which allows analyze how successful or not an SME with the sector.
