This research aims to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and practices on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in SMEs in the cleaning sector in the metropolitan area of Medellin, To make this work, a survey instrument based on the ISO 26,000 standard applied to the representatives of 24 companies included in the study was developed, As a result, it was found that there is no difference between knowledge, attitudes and practices on CSR between the group of managers and employees, Furthermore, it was found that 59,9% of companies have knowledge on CSR, 61,5% of them has attitudes related to the concept and 57,7% incorporates practices in their organizational culture, The need for companies in the cleaning sector to pass from knowledge on CSR to incorporate it into the strategic platform for their organizations is evident, given the impact generated in the environment.
