The administrative exercise and how to understand organizations, is related to the social and contextual phenomena that occur within and outside its borders. Fluid and discontinuous phenomena that are conditions of possibility for the world of work is configured. Postmodernist discourses are positioned as an analytical and reference framework that enable the reflection of the world of work. A world or a scenario that materializes with new forms of organizations and administrative practices or management approaches. This reflection article aims to discuss some of the changing world of work and contextualize the Colombian panorama. This exercise suggests the need for new interdisciplinary discussions to analyse the organizational dynamics and the "subject" that is managed. Configuration of the world of work not only reveals new forms of organization and management, but also new subjectivities.
