Abstract

Colombia is a country marked by an internal armed conflict for more than 50 years' now. Despite the continued policy and regulatory tending to the rights of society advances, even today there are still many problems to solve and overcome from within regulatory and legal claiming human rights of victims and disadvantaged groups. The act 1448 of 2011 presents a breakthrough in the recognition of rights and tabled the gender differences since women are a section invisible and excluded, and even more if they were African or indigenous woman. They really suffer greater discrimination. Therefore, there is the need to take into account for truth, justice and reparation, the differential approach and positive discrimination to give back dignity in some way to this social group. Normally, they suffer abuse and violence on their bodies and minds, on their environment and their lives.
