Abstract

This reflection paper develops the topic of legal representations at the school environment, in order to elucidate various theorizations about the conformation of the concept. It also from social representations and, in this way, take a look at these manifestations of legal formed in the students' minds, as a point of reference "the Manual of coexistence", since in the school environment are reported cases that circumscribe rather than school misconduct, crimes that are sheltered by the penal code, as in effect are thefts of cell phones or threats to the physical integrity of bullying, in which some cases are designed by students as part of their pranks and school experiences. From a descriptive research using the techniques of survey and interview deepened knowledge of social representations of legality at a school from City Ocaña, we tried to identify these representations for suggest recommendations. Various representations what legal framed within a punitive conception of the school rules. Suggests the need to practice a assertive configuration of the school rules.
