It aims to expose in this project progress aforementioned research, the work played by the Constitutional Court in Colombia to define the scope, content and limits on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights by the constitutional content itself and obligations state that have been taken in the ratification of international instruments on human rights protection and the role that public policies play in protecting these rights.
