Understanding education from technological and communication advances make learning the right to work easier. However, this document aims to highlight the technological tools in the field of teaching and learning of concepts, standards, techniques, principles, actions, proceedings in the field of labor relations and their field of space time and place. Today, it is necessary to adopt the behaviors of students in the field of labor law from a perspective, integration, mobility, compatibility, and dynamism regarding how to acquire scientific knowledge and develop basic communication skills. Today in the practice of the profession and the different profiles, it is described a new way of doing and creating legal discipline ideas.
