Introduction. It is right on interdisciplinarity with other social sciences, as you can reach transdisciplinarity in solving conflicts holistically, through conciliation as autocompositivo mechanism and alternative to the judiciary. This study has the following objectives: To illustrate the importance to have the right not only tothe rules and regulations interpretation against reconciliation, but also with other sources of knowledge that allow to see the conflict as a whole. The utilizad methodology can be summarized as follows Analytical deductive normative sources, the prevailing doctrine and legal practice in conciliation centersof the universities of Medellin. Results. The need to incorporate in the training of lawyers "future lawyers" transdisciplinary themes that are applied by means of conciliation in finding the solution to social conflicts arise. Conclusions. You need to implement a culture of agreements in the training of Colombian lawyers.
