This paper aims to establish what is the meaning of the National Agency for Legal Defense of the State in Colombia against the inter-American System of Human Rights. The main conclusion is that the creation of qualified institutions, in order to undertake a systemic response to the new instances of international conflict resolution in the context of a significant increase in the demand for justice in human rights before these bodies
