Abstract

Unfair competition is a phenomenon that has many manifestations and it is characterized because it alters economic freedom, good faith, morals and normal operation of the company. It is controlled by administrative and judicial actions, through the Agency of Industry and Commerce and circuit civil judges who will hear the motion or at the request of a party, by a verbal declarative process. Like other actions, these expire, establishing a temporary for initiating and implementing. The sanctions, meanwhile, serve to restore the affected rights such as freedom and free competition, by orders suspension of these rights practices that attempt
