Abstract

It is endearing to talk about justice, when in times of an alleged and currently ongoing conflict, that is being negotiated to come to an end, where in a possible scenario of post-conflict, the Colombian State must recognize and enforce the need to prosecute and punish serious crimes perpetrated by the highest leaders in the context of a hierarchical power structure. Therefore, there may be a real guarantee of justice and peace materializes.
