The Precepts in Cuban Constitution as well as the legislation that has come from it permits to identify regime of protection of personal information. This is what in doctrine and juridical practice is conceptualize as data protection. Nevertheless, those constitutional and legal articles show a limited regulation according to the save guard of human being as titular of personal data. This present article aims to propose characterize since the norm in force, the elements that distinguish protection of personal data en Cuba propose points of analysis that contribute to the form of right of personal data protection in Cuban context.
