The failures in adoption of practices to improve the enterprises' competitiveness are generally related to human factor behaviour; the necessity of adopting such practices is vital for enterprises in the actual conditions of the world's economy and, consequently, the searching of methods to overcome barriers to adopting them are required. Results of an information search upon the human factor importance on the enterprises performance are shown; a hypothesis to improve the effectiveness on technologies adoption to search competitiveness is proposed and also it is proposed a model to build the proper paradigms for each enterprise which allows to prove the hypothesis validation and give the companies a tool for planning and managing the change, in which human factor is fundamental.
