Abstract

The paper concerns a research in the sectors of Dressmaking and of Food and Drinks on the impact of the classic techniques of Industrial Engineering in the productivity. Almost 90 chiefs or responsible for this professional area were interviewed. The positive and negative impacts, in accordance with the effect on the company, the workpeople and the clients, are registered. The results show positive effects on productivity and production. also it was found that there is not major opposition from workers and unions.
