Abstract

OSORIO, Juan Carlos; ARANGO, Diana Carolina  and  RUALES, Christian Ernesto. SUPPLIER SELECTION USING FUZZY QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT. Rev.EIA.Esc.Ing.Antioq [online]. 2011, n.15, pp.73-83. ISSN 1794-1237.

This paper presents a multicriteria methodology for supplier selection framed in a certification process with the approach of ISO 9001:2000 standard, using fuzzy QFD as a tool for decision making. The model takes into account the needs and expectations of the buyer and considers as a fundamental element of the process the knowledge that the company has about has both about the materials and processes, and candidate suppliers to be selected. This model was applied in a manufacturing company in Colombia.
