Abstract

SANTANA LONDONO, María Victoria  and  AUGUSTO RAMIREZ, César. The meta-warranty as telhos of the right to social security. An analysis from Aristotelian metaphysics. Rev. Guillermo Ockham [online]. 2020, vol.18, n.2, pp.191-203.  Epub Jan 07, 2021. ISSN 1794-192X.  https://doi.org/10.21500/22563202.4172.

In the development of this proposal, three analytical approaches were considered. First, the axiological dimension of the constitutionalization of the right to social security, which covers the historical development of important studies on the impact of the constitutionalization of law. Second, the reach of the constitutionalization of the right to social security, which attempts to present this concept from the perspective of a contemporary constitutional state. Finally, from an Aristotelian metaphysical reflection it is shown that important principles of law are based on philosophy, which is why it is accepted and justified in its own nature. This consists in making clear what constitutes the essential contents for which a warranty is considered.

Keywords : constitucionalization; metaphysics; meta-warranty; social security; telhos; Aristotelian causes.
