Abstract
SANCHEZ-MUNOZ, Juan-Carlos. Psychagogical Literacy: Notes on Literacy, Criticism and Training. Rev. Guillermo Ockham [online]. 2023, vol.21, n.2, pp.567-575. Epub July 26, 2023. ISSN 1794-192X. https://doi.org/10.21500/22563202.6406.
From the dialogue between two researches, Administration and Pedagogy, by J. C. Sánchez Muñoz, and power and management, by C. A. Molina Gómez, reading and writing are proposed to doubt the truths they have consolidated, since both disseminate certainties that have been humanly built. Could reading and writing demolish those same truths? Psychagogical literacy is suggested as a demolisher of convictions fabricated in a given period, not discussed and given as truth. This makes it visible as a technology of the self or as an experience of self-writing and the development of critical thinking. In this way, psychagogical literacy is privileged and developed, in relation to the aesthetics of existence, as an epistemological and ethical attitude that would account for reading and writing as technologies of the self or of self-care, especially in research.
