Resumen
CRUZ-TRIVINO, Ingrid Lorena y GARCIA-CALLEJAS, Viviana Carolina. Comparative protocols for the care of women victims of gender-based violence. “From public policy to reality”. Rev. Crim. [online]. 2022, vol.64, n.1, pp.9-33. Epub 25-Jun-2021. ISSN 1794-3108. https://doi.org/10.47741/17943108.327.
The main objective of the research was to study the protocols and available care routes for women victims of gender-based violence in the cities of Medellín, Ibagué, Bogotá and Cali in Colombia. Initially, a documentary review was carried out, to successively develop the research project. The methodology was of a qualitative approach and descriptive design. A semi-structured interview was used that was based on 20 predetermined open questions and endorsed by the ethics committee of the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios UNIMINUTO, in which officials from the aforementioned cities participated. The results showed similarities in terms of the help-lines available and the activation of routes for victims of gender violence, as well as the institutions that serve women victims of violence, each of which has its own established care routes and action protocols.
